Privacy Policy

This website is operated for Mt. Shasta Realty, Inc.®. It collects personal information only through its forms, and only what you choose to send so we can respond: your name, email address, phone number and message on the contact form, and the days and times you would like to visit when you ask for a showing.

Where this site shows a payment estimate on a listing page, it is worked out in your browser. The numbers you enter are never sent to us.

Like most websites, our servers keep short-lived technical logs (including IP addresses) used only to keep the site working and to protect it from abuse.

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use this site: which pages are viewed, including the words typed into the property search, how a visit arrived, the general area it came from and the kind of device used. Google Analytics sets cookies to tell visits apart (see our Cookie Notice), and Google processes this information for us. It records that the contact form was sent, or that our phone number or email address was tapped, but never what you typed into a form, and it is not used for advertising.

Google Analytics counts returning visits to this site over time, using its cookies. It does not follow you across other websites for us. This site does not respond to browsers' Do Not Track signals, because there is no agreed standard for doing so; the opt-out below works instead.

You can opt out with Google's opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser. The site works the same either way.

We do not use advertising trackers or social media pixels. We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties for their own marketing.

Maps on this site are provided by Google Maps; Google’s Privacy Policy applies when you use them.

Form submissions are stored on the platform that hosts this site so Mt. Shasta Realty, Inc.® can follow up with you. You can ask us to delete what you sent at any time using the details on our contact page, and we will honor it.

If what this site collects ever changes, this policy will change with it.
